I spent over a decade trapped in cycles of self-awareness-rituals, routines, retreats, and shadow work that promised transformation but never delivered tangibility. Despite all the insight, I still found myself drawn to-and stuck in-anxious and avoidant relationships.

What I craved most is probably what you crave too: to feel secure. To break relationship patterns. To end the constant healing loops. To believe I could create the kind of love I longed for - and to actually experience it!

For the past three years, that has been my reality. My relationships are nourishing. My work is deeply fulfilling. I live with emotional, lifestyle, and financial freedom. And every cell in my body knows: this is what healing is supposed to feel like.
