    When I first met with Mikah, I told him I wanted to build a better relationship with myself. I knew that to have positive and loving relationships with a partner, friend, or family member, the work had to start with how I treat and show up for myself.

    I remember him mirroring sentiments back to me in that first call that felt like I was speaking to a wiser version of myself. It was almost as if he knew what I needed before I could tell him and knew how to help me work through those problems in a way that I didn’t know how. In our work together since then, Mikah has been someone I have felt supports both my growth and my growing pains.

    What shocked me the most was how fast I saw a change in myself and my relationship. Prior to working with Mikah, I was spiraling a lot and didn’t know how to resolve the main concerns in my relationship. However through our work, I learned to love my partner even more than I already did. I could tell Mikah one situation and he very easily would understand where I was coming from and what I needed. Because we were able to address my areas of struggle right away, I never had to spend too much time trying to implement any changes. I was able to do this from one session to the next.

Everyone here is practicing becoming more secure in their own way — with different histories, identities, and relationship structures. This diversity is part of what makes the space grounded, supportive, and deeply human.

  • Sarah is in a committed relationship and joined the cohort while navigating intense anxiety around connection and emotional security. Since starting the program, she’s felt noticeably more regulated and steady within herself. A fun and admirable note — she joins calls from the Middle East, often at 2:30 a.m., which speaks volumes about her commitment to her growth and the relationship she’s building. vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.

  • Pearl is a parent navigating a divorce with intentionality and care. Their focus has been on showing up securely — both for their child and for themselves — while moving through the separation and transition process with clarity and respect. Pearl brings a grounded, thoughtful presence to the cohort and is deeply committed to breaking patterns rather than repeating them.

  • Arieller is coming out of a particularly difficult relationship and is intentionally focusing on becoming secure before entering her next chapter. Her intention is to heal patterns from the past so she’s ready to receive a relationship that’s truly aligned — whether that’s with a new partner or a reimagined connection..

  • Junior has been in a long-term relationship and entered the cohort during a period of repair and rebuilding. While marriage had once been on the table, trust challenges led both partners to slow down and rework how they communicate. Through the cohort, he’s focused on restoring safety, clarity, and connection — and the relationship has recently reopened conversations around long-term commitment from a more grounded place..

  • Amanda joined the cohort with a history of betrayal and broken trust in relationships. Her intention was to become more secure so she could rebuild trust from a grounded place. Through that process, she gained clarity that her most recent relationship wasn’t aligned — and chose herself with confidence and self-respect.

  • Jasmine has been navigating an on-and-off relationship over several years and is committed to becoming more secure within herself. Her focus is on releasing self-blame, understanding her role in relational dynamics, and discerning whether her current relationship is truly a fit. As she’s practiced secure tools, she’s already noticed the relationship entering a calmer, more connected space..

  • Savannah is in a long-term relationship where anxious–avoidant dynamics are present. Rather than starting over, she’s deeply committed to doing the inner work and becoming a secure influence within the relationship. Her focus is on building trust, stability, and emotional safety while staying rooted in her own needs.

  • Brenda is a mother of one who has noticed a pattern of long-term relationships in her life. She’s currently exploring a connection with someone who leans avoidant and is focusing on becoming more secure — not to force an outcome, but to honestly see whether this relationship is aligned for her long-term needs..

  • Lilia came into the cohort after a long on-and-off relationship. As part of her journey toward security, she’s chosen to take space and turn inward — learning to feel safe with herself and to listen closely to what her body is communicating. Her process centers on slowing down, building self-trust, and allowing future relationship decisions to emerge from grounded clarity rather than urgency..

  • Madi is exploring her attachment patterns after leaving a relationship marked by avoidance on both sides. Her focus has been on becoming more secure — learning what she actually wants, communicating it clearly, and stepping out of people-pleasing cycles that previously led to resentment and emotional disconnection.
